This policy explains how Ruizhe Full Stack Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles your personal information when you visit ruizhestack.com and use our checkout service. Where a product has its own privacy policy, data processing inside that product is governed by it.

1. Information we collect

• Browsing the Site: the Site runs no third-party analytics or ads, and its informational pages use no cookies; if the checkout page uses a cookie, it only keeps the current payment session and is never used for tracking. Our server keeps access logs (IP address, time of visit, browser type) solely for security and troubleshooting.
• Using the checkout service: order number, product and amount purchased, payment method, payment status, and the transaction ID returned by the payment institution. We never see or store your bank card number or payment account password — payment is handled by licensed institutions such as Alipay and WeChat Pay.
• Contacting us: the email address and message content you send us.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to complete payments and deliver paid items, handle refunds and support, reconcile accounts and keep books as required by law, and keep the service secure. We do not use it for any other purpose and never sell it to third parties.

3. Sharing

• Payment institutions: necessary details such as the order amount are sent to the payment institution you choose.
• The product you bought: after payment, the order number and payment status are passed to that product so it can deliver your paid items.
• Legal requirements: where required by laws, regulations or competent authorities.

4. Storage and security

Checkout data is stored on servers within the People’s Republic of China and encrypted in transit. Transaction records are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax regulations; access logs are kept for six months as required by the Cybersecurity Law, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You can email support@ruizhestack.com to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information (except transaction records we are legally required to keep). We will respond within 15 business days.

6. Minors

Our products are intended mainly for adults. Minors under 18 should obtain a guardian’s consent before paying through the checkout service; children under 14 must have a guardian make or supervise the payment. A guardian who finds that a minor paid without consent may contact us.

When this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
