Terms of Service
These terms apply to your visit to ruizhestack.com (the “Site”) and your use of the checkout service provided by Ruizhe Full Stack Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Where one of our products has its own terms of service, you are also bound by them when using that product; if the two conflict, the product’s terms prevail.
1. The service
The Site introduces us and our products. The checkout service provides a single payment entry point for all of our products: after you place an order in a product, you are redirected to the Site to complete payment.
2. Orders and payment
- The contents, price and paid items of an order are as shown on the product page at the time you place it.
- Payments are processed by licensed payment institutions such as Alipay and WeChat Pay. The payee is 睿哲全栈科技（北京）有限公司 (Ruizhe Full Stack Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.).
- Once payment succeeds, the paid items are credited to your account in the corresponding product. If they do not arrive, please contact us.

4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site or the checkout service for unlawful activities, interfere with its normal operation, or initiate payments or refunds fraudulently.
5. Limitation of liability
If the service is interrupted or delayed for reasons beyond our control — such as a failure at a payment institution or network operator, or force majeure — we will help promptly, but we are not liable for the resulting loss, except where the law provides otherwise.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from them shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent people’s court.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date; for changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify you prominently.
